I’ve been on a Brené Brown kick for the past several months. When I read The Gifts of Imperfection, I made a spreadsheet-graphic of the guideposts to wholehearted living.
This graphic has helped me remember the principles from the book and evaluate where I can improve. So I thought I’d share it with the internet.
The “things that get in the way” items correlate with the guideposts in the same column as them. This year I’m working on calm and stillness, in part by finding more gratitude and joy in the present moment. I certainly struggle with the whole “anxiety as a lifestyle” problem.
